Additional information about rental rates
- Bookings: 50% deposit required within 14 days of confirmation. Outstanding balance to be paid 60 days before arrival.
- Cancellations: Any cancellations outside of 60 days of arrival -25% of the booking value will be forfeited. Any cancellation between 30 & 60 days - 50% of the booking value will be forfeited. Any cancellation inside of 30 days - all monies will be forfeited.
