Welcome to Royal Villa

The villa is situated on The Royal Westmoreland Estate and membership is extended for guests to use the golf, gym, tennis, pools, restaurants and spa facilities. Guests will be issued with Royal Westmoreland guest cards which must be kept with you at all times to gain access to all these facilities. A private buggy is available for our guests to use.

Harriet, our housekeeper, will be with you daily to turn the beds, tidy & do all your laundry including ironing. You have a welcome book with all relevant information, contacts and advice; these are placed in each of the bedrooms and living room but do please call our manager at West Coast Villas or ask Harriet regarding any queries. We have a private buggy charging in the buggy port for you to get to all the facilities on the estate, this needs to be kept charged upon your return. We can advise on car hire and airport taxi service to and from the villa. There will be a basic welcome food and drinks pack upon your arrival to tide you over.

Mullins beach is our private, waited service beach only 10 minutes drive from the Villa. The Indulgence Spa, (which is fabulous & highly recommended!) and Restaurant are adjacent to the beach with full watersports and turtle trips available. St James is on the West Coast and the sea is usually very calm, surfing would generally be on The East Coast.

The supermarket, Chattel Village, shops, banks and many restaurants & bars are ten minutes away in Holetown. There are some lovely family restaurants as well as more 'grown up' ones situated right on the beach front, a list of our recommendations will be in the Villa 'Welcome Book' for you.
